At VERSEAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
